Company owner Pat Holley started doing satellite installations while stationed in Germany (1993) after I was quoted $60 service call that turned out to be $220. The work completed that day was neither professional, nor was it correct. From that point forward I began learning and studying about satellite systems for my own benefit and ensuring that I would never to be taken by another switch pricing scheme.
I started to practice my new found knowledge for friends and neighbors. Several years later I was transferred to Italy where I installed satellite systems for the entire military community. Once I was transferred to Japan in 2002 I saw the same switch pricing schemes being done here on Okinawa. At that point I again promised to put and end to switch pricing that seems to target the military community and thus Pat's Sats was born.
Since then we have given fair pricing and professional service to thousands of US Service members, retirees, and DOD employees. We have prided ourselves on fast, friendly service. I have also installed AFN Satellite for the troops in Afghanistan at no cost for the troops during my two tours to that region.
We have full time staff that shares the same vision as I do. We all pride ourselves on the quality of work and making customers happy. I want to thank all of my customers for spreading the word about our great service. This has made us one of the Premiere installation companies on Okinawa. We have already cut the price of an average installation from over $300 to $160/180 since my arrival in 2002.
